Refund & Billing

1. Subscription Billing

Lunavertis operates as a subscription-based service. By subscribing to a Pro plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium), you agree to be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the cycle you selected during checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it via your dashboard at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Lunavertis subscription at any time directly from your Account Dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain full Pro access to all tools until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method.
  • At the end of the period, your account will revert to the Free tier, and premium features (like Batch Workflows or AI Summaries) will be locked.

3. Refund Eligibility

As our platform provides a 3-Day Free Trial for the Standard plan and immediate access to digital tools upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

However, we value our customers and may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If a persistent technical issue prevented you from using the Services and our support team was unable to resolve it within 72 hours.
  • Billing Errors: If you were double-charged or billed an incorrect amount due to a system error.
  • Cooling-off Period: Depending on your local consumer protection laws (such as in the EU/UK), you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not processed a significant number of documents.

4. Free Trials

New users may be eligible for a 3-day Pro Trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your access to premium tools will automatically expire. We do not require a credit card for the initial trial account registration to ensure you have a risk-free experience.

5. Price Changes

Lunavertis reserves the right to adjust its pricing. Any price changes for existing subscriptions will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance, giving you ample time to decide whether to continue or cancel your subscription.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our billing department at billing@lunavertis.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Most requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
