Refund & billing policy

1. Plans and billing
Lunavertis offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply based on your location.
2. Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel from your account or billing portal where available. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period unless required by law or stated below.
4. Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or experience a qualifying technical failure that prevents reasonable use of the Services, contact support within fourteen (14) days of the charge. We will review good-faith requests and may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
5. EU/UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain digital contracts within 14 days of purchase, unless you have consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of the withdrawal right. Local mandatory consumer protections apply where they cannot be waived.
6. Price changes
We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change may constitute acceptance; for material increases, we will explain your options under applicable law.
