Subscription & Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time directly from your user dashboard. Once logged in, go to the 'Workspace' page, find the 'Pro Subscription Active' status box, and click the 'Cancel Subscription' link at the bottom. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes! We offer a 3-day free trial on our Standard plan. You can register and start using pro tools immediately without entering any credit card information.
Do you offer refunds?
We generally do not offer refunds for partial months as we provide a free trial to test the service. However, for technical issues or billing errors, please contact billing@lunavertis.com.
Security & Privacy
Are my documents safe on Lunavertis?
Absolutely. We use a 'Local-First' processing engine for many tools, meaning your documents are processed in your browser memory and never uploaded to our servers. For cloud-based tools like AI Summary, files are encrypted and automatically deleted after processing.
Do you sell my data?
No. Lunavertis is a tool-based platform, not a data-mining operation. We never sell your personal information or document contents to third parties.

What is a Batch Workflow?
Batch Workflows allow you to chain multiple PDF tasks—like compressing, rotating, and adding a watermark—into a single automated sequence that runs on all your selected files at once.
How does the AI Summary work?
Our AI Summarizer uses the Gemini 1.5 Pro model to analyze the text structure and content of your PDFs, providing a professional executive summary in seconds.
